The late Anthony Bourdain once said that a life without demi-glace (among other things) is a life not worth living. Good thing George & Martha’s American Grille lets you enjoy some red wine demi-glace in their decadent Disco fries, also adorned with melted mozzarella and parmesan.
Enjoy fries any way you want it, whether with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella, pizza-style, waffle cut, or made with sweet potato and Galloping Hill Inn will deliver. It’s a New Jersey landmark, attracting patrons old and new since 1925. You don’t want to miss this.
French fries are the pure essence of fried food according to celebrity chef Bobby Flay, the father of Bobby’s Burger Palace. At his high-end burger chain, you can enjoy his take on sweet potato fries with honey mustard horseradish sauce. The regular fries with BBP (Bobby’s Burger Palace) fry sauce and optional cheese, bacon, or scallion toppings are also highly recommended.
Jefferson Diner is a regular in “best of” food lists and with good reason. They offer ten different kinds of French fries. There’s the Travolta, your classic disco fries with gravy and mozzarella. Want to go to Greece? Their Greek fries, with fresh lemon, parmesan, oregano, then drizzled with extra virgin olive oil will take you there. Feeling indecisive? Feel free to mix it up!
Established in 1948, this delightful eatery serves customers their signature disco fries (just to name a few menu offerings) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These thick-cut French fries are loaded with warm gravy and melted cheese. Perfect for filling up hungry bellies after a night out on the town.
If you’re traveling through Warren County, make it a point to stop by the iconic Hot Dog Johnny’s roadside shack. Order their fries and then a bottle of birch beer and you’ll find yourself regularly stopping by (and staying longer) for more.
WindMill’s French fries are great no matter the style you want it. You can order it crispy and plain, almost covered in cheese, or dripping with some chili cheese sauce. People love their friends so much, WindMill has two branches in Long Branch alone and other outposts scattered around New Jersey.
Our last stop in North Jersey is the Left Bank Burger bar, where you have a selection of four must-try fries. That includes the Jersey Devil, drenched in buffalo sauce and bleu cheese dressing, with crumbled bleu cheese sprinkled on top.
